Para77 services are strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is prohibited and any account found to be operated by a minor will be immediately closed with balances voided.
Each player may hold only one para77 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Para77 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void associated balances without notice.
All deposits and withdrawals at para77 must be made using payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
All bonuses and promotional offers at para77 are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met.
Para77 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion. Players accept responsibility for using these tools appropriately.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which para77 holds its gaming licence. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant authority.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and para77 ("para77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the para77 website located at para77.app and all associated services, products, software, and content (collectively, the "Services"). For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
2.1 By registering an Account, depositing funds, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 This Agreement is supplemented by the para77 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the terms governing your use of para77.
2.3 Para77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1 The Services offered by para77 are available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:
3.2 Para77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of KYC.
3.3 Employees, directors, officers, and agents of para77 and its affiliated companies, as well as members of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in para77 Services.
4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.2 Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Players are obligated to keep this information updated.
4.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. Para77 shall not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Para77 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the applicant fails eligibility requirements; (b) the applicant provides false or misleading information; or (c) para77 determines, in good faith, that accepting the registration would be contrary to applicable law or regulation.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Accepted payment methods for Malaysian players include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online banking. Para77 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time.
5.2 Minimum deposit amount is MYR 20. Minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Para77 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.
5.3 Para77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 20 minutes for standard withdrawal requests submitted to eligible eWallet and online banking methods. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider processes, KYC status, and withdrawal volume. Para77 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
5.4 Para77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, or where Account activity warrants additional review under applicable anti-money-laundering procedures. Players may be required to provide supporting documentation.
5.5 Chargebacks or reversal requests initiated through a payment provider without prior notification to para77 support will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.
6.1 Para77 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to registered Players. All such promotions are subject to the individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which shall be read in conjunction with this Agreement.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be used before real money funds in a Player's wallet.
6.3 Para77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that active wagering requirements on already-claimed bonuses shall be honoured.
6.4 Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
7.1 All games available on the para77 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and the Lucky Bingo product — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing processes conducted by licensed studio operators.
7.2 Game outcomes are determined by the rules of the respective game and, where applicable, certified RNG algorithms. Para77 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the outcomes of any games.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including but not limited to disconnections, software errors, or incomplete game rounds — para77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. Para77's decision in such matters is final.
8.1 Para77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of player-protective tools accessible from within Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to access their Account or any para77 Services. Para77 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications being sent to self-excluded Players.
8.3 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools provided and to seek assistance from appropriate support services. Para77 supports access to responsible gaming resources in accordance with international gaming authority guidelines.
8.4 Para77 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, conduct responsible gaming reviews, or close Accounts where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player's gambling behaviour poses a risk to their financial wellbeing.
9.1 Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct in connection with their use of para77 Services:
9.2 Detection of prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
10.1 All content on the para77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the para77 brand name — is the proprietary property of para77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of para77.
11.1 Para77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, Players consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Para77 may share Player data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and KYC service providers as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations.
12.1 Para77 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of data; or (d) any damages arising from reliance on Platform content, in each case whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
12.2 Para77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Para77 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of Services.
13.1 Para77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
14.1 Para77 may suspend or terminate a Player's Account and access to Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of this Agreement, regulatory requirement, or risk management considerations.
14.2 Upon termination for breach, para77 reserves the right to void any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real money balances, subject to completion of any applicable KYC process, will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.
14.3 Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting para77 support. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure at the Player's request.
15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which para77 holds its applicable gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through para77's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
15.3 Para77 operates under the regulatory oversight of the international gaming authority under which it is licensed. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with that authority's dispute resolution procedures.
